This is a story of self discovery of a great martial teacher who becomes a legend.

After the decline of Qing dynasty ,foreign powers began to dominate China and Chinese were humiliated as sick.

Huo Yuan Jia, was a martial arts professional who wanted to be the best in Jaing Nan province. He fought well and won many competitions. He became proud and arrogant. In his hunger for power and ignorance he destroyed his own family. This incident impacted him harshly. He became lost and went to a far away village where he lived for some years and understood the true reflection of his self and the purpose of his life.

He again went back to his province and fought again but not for his win, for the glory of martial arts and his motherland. This time due to his higher motives and willingness to serve the country and his people;not only does he gain fame but also respect.

This is a true story of inspiration and self discovery, surely a worth watch for its sheer magnificence, gracious acting, jaws dropping action, beautiful cinematography and a nice story line up.

D Train experience

All the three of us were standing in the bogey of the train, near the door.Talking about life after MBA.Life was sailing and flowing in front of our eyes then. Sometime had passed past the midnight. It was around 12:40 am, we had just retired to our respective berths.

I n Nishit in S-2 and Deepak in S-1.The train sped up as we went aboard. Suddenly the speed shot up.Train started squeaking and squealing. Girls started screaming in the bogey. The turbulence in the motion of the train could be experienced.

It was like being in a huge iron clad columbus in a fun-fair with no place to move out. Train was shreaking and screaming noises never heard before.Train was grunting in its full potential, like a dinosaur shreaking at its prey.

Suddenly it started to turn itself like titanic before submerging into the ocean waters.

Luggage moving from the left to the right side. Train started to turn towards right. People and luggage smashing themselves with the train walls.

Still moving ahead at a 90 degree angle and then came the big thud ! As if after a long period of chopping the tree, it fell down.Smoke came out of some electrical panels in the coach. We were top-bottom. Holding the gravitational pull with the holds on the side upper berths.

People still screaming and a feeling of the bogey tilting swept under my feet. Nishit was proactive and started to rush. I accompanied him leaving all the luggage and the foot wear there only

I n my Laptop bag. Climbed down the railings and came heads-up out of the emergency window. Like a captain coming out of the submarine.

There were bogeys fallen apart in the dark. Ours was the most affected bogey,smoke was rising at a side. People saving themselves and climbing out of the wrecked coach.Visualizing death face-to-face we jumped off from the emergency window till the ground about a storey or so.There we 2 were on the ground after facing the blind deaf storm. After a minor struggle we also found out Out third friend perfectly alright.

All's the things of past. Only thing felt then was the being of an ultimate power who saved us.

Only in & with such experiences does a person understand the meaning of togetherness,

meaning of GOD and his existence .

During my MBA coaching days the question they said was a must to be prepared with was "WHY MBA ?"

i was also 1 among the not-so-sure Gen-X. The obvious reasons were "Pay-package"... but you know; you just cannot say that in the interview..the so-called norms of education [ honesty/ integrity ]... :)

After having quit a job which many would craved; with enticing pay-packet.. WHY MBA ?
Midst of this confusion i got a confirmation from SIBM-B.
i was overjoyed and enrolled for this programme.

After interacting with my colleagues who were willing to take on any challenge, to face the world and craving to succeed in different areas.All the professor with immense know-how, an excellent industrial exposure.

I finally knew "WHY MBA"... why spend this much... time and money for this course...

MBA for me was for the overall experience which my college provided, which i would never-ever be experiencing in a job.Experience of making friends, faculties with eminent industrial contacts, top notch industry personnel, various situations ,meetings, presentations, academic pursuit, discussions even partying...
with such an overall worth which i have gained; even though half way...

Initially i thought MBA would be boring. It would be like, "All study n no play; would make Jack a dull boy"...Even on day-1 i had the same feeling. Saare padhakuu log lag rahe hai...

But once classes started after the induction session, my initial assumptions were falsified .
All were fun loving. Till engineering i was not much regular in attending classes. But yahan par aane ke baad,i feel if i'm not coming to classes; i'm missing something.

We all discuss not only technical and managerial issues but also Kaun si movie achchi hai, the latest iron maiden fest, latest Shakira's albums and all different gossips.People talk about their experiences in their states,countries and cultures, their lifestyles and beliefs.

We used to have hang-outs, parties regularly. .
Section-C was acronym-ed "CLUB-C " by all folks, due to it. After full day classes we have had night DHAMAAL : DJ,dance and snacks all along ..... Satisfying the cliched line "work hard and party harder".

All were equal contributor in this "enjoyable crime".
We all hope to continue the same MASTI in the next year..

Recession is a word driven everywhere; Since the day Joseph Schumpeter came up with an idea of trade cycle with recession being a part of it, the word "recession" or its idea is now not only a word only used by trade analysts, Managers and strategy planners.

Its become a term used every now and then by general masses.
It is of utmost priority for the organizations to curb recession from drowing their businesses.

So how to slowdown this Slow down ??
Some simple and straight forward way is :

1. Go in for strategic shopping: purchase whatever is of priority, buy necessary items

2. Reduce spending: can be done by stretching the capital expenditure and improving productivity of work force.

3. Innovation : Radical or even tactical.

4. expand boundaries: think and plan differently; globalize products and markets

5. Donot cut advertisements and promotional expenses: rather promote and incentivise selling via different campaigns or you may also diverify the marketing portfolio as per requirement of the market.

It was an afternoon with temperatures soaring head high. The temperatures weren't political
but Geo-climatic.I was traveling via the Ambedkar circle; Race course Baroda. There was some clout a band of reporters and cameramen were crowding the turning bottleneck. All were screaming with banners all around.

Vote for Balu Shukla, BJP. I saw the banners and thought yet another politician.

I came home and had a chat with my father who's a doctor regarding this upcoming election and why we still have the same corrupt politicians.He said it was not system's fault alone. Its ours.We are not politically inclined people.Rather we shunn politics as if its Dirty job and cleaning is not our responsibility.

If only we had some more politicians like Balu Shukla, he said. Bells started ringing in my forehead.He was praising his intellect, efficiency and willingness to work for the people's good.

I was not convinced by his statement and went for further investigations and found his ground approach a reality.He's been going deep into gutters to help choke out while being a mayor, promoted education at different levels,improved traffic tracking system, roped in investments in Baroda.Even today I saw on-paper balance of incomes provided by him and they were realistic.

There's lots that even I donot know.Just a small period of work in the grandiose history of Baroda and appreciable work.Let's not crib about the system being dirty and nasty; but see scrunitize the right candidate and vote for him/her.

Let's Vote for growth and development. Let's Vote for good.

Since liberalization; things are changing. The rise of India as a respectable "Brand" has also lead Maids in India change their stand.It was in their hands to work for the "Maalik"; serving participants and their kids as per requirement. Why do great psychologists like Freud suggest of attraction between the other sex-parent and the child?

Ages never determine feelings; just similar to this bias ,that attachment happens with age differences. Actually it does; because there is a mysterious aura; style of different stages whether its Baby boomers or Generation-X; which leads to a soft corner.

The differences in thoughts or opinions with a generation gap lead to conflict. But it is this
pull-push phenomenon within the ages that lead to a sense of attraction. Attraction not very common in amongst people of same age.

Curiosity and safety with and for each other are one of the binding factors.

Sometimes you search for a cause; but you just don't know it. Either its by accident or by design, you cannot decide. but the attraction exists. The divide exist. Though this divide of ages; since ages lies in our mind.

The coflict of the outside and the inside exists. Exists someday to digress away. So that parity
would be satiated on all. For all at equal ages; times would change when same things would have equal priorities.

Or it may happen that this divide may increase. Life may lead to such weird arenas that the parity can never be thought of.

Though rationality exists.Its terms and duration for the relations.... It's difficult to judge or

CONsenSus AD idem = Unity of minds......
If the contract is of audacious practical goals or even non-practical emotional stuff, unity of minds is a must.

When any two are entering a contract; it is essential that they not only sign the contract but
be so intimate that they neednot favour it. It just should be fulfilled automatically, without any legal obligation.

There's no need for formal favours, " Pls do it or Just do it 4 me " kindoffa stuff. The unity should be of minds and ALSO souls; so that there's nothing penetrable in the contract.

If the contract is not validated by your soul, by your heart then there are chances of it turning
sour or void. That is what is happening to most of the business and family contractual transactions.

You fall in contract only if you feel there's consensus ad idem otherwise there's no need to
picturize a portrait which is going crash to become earth once again. There's no meaning of building castles of clay which are gonna be mud and sand once the waves of the sea pass over it.

Life's an opportunity to exercise this right. Try not to exercise this right as a means to an end but make it a end to your means.......

There was a time when people went to preachers, wise men to solve their problems. There were stocks of brains in R&D centres; trying to figure out some invention or output as a result of their mental turmoil.

These lead to an image of scientists as secluded wise animals; with huge uncut hairs and who remain seated in their BOXES. Some lonely traveller who visited different lands and met different people.These people were considered to be the gurus; the wise.

Even the great king Solomon was considered to be WISE. But the scene has changed now. Its not a singular effort which leads to success. It has to be a group pooling of resources. "The social scientists" sit on the blogs to give their views on various issues and opinions to form a picture. Its not necessary to be wise, but otherwise.

With the advent of Globalization, emerging markets, internet, safer and speedy transport easily around the world scene has changed.The view of the crowd is considered to be the truth; may it be decisions taken in democracy or consumerism. The Mass consumer is the ruler. They decide the fate of various goods and services. They invent, they build ideas and integrate them for overall growth.

Initially some intellectual people were sorted and considered wise. That stock has been sold. Today,Janata ki awaaz is considered to be WISE.

As many of you would have rightly understood, I'm talking about forecasting.

Forecasting can be explained in different contexts. Wherever there's cost involved as well as uncertainity or unpredictability of the future; we talk of forecasting.

Forecasting our future( Jyotish), forecasting the sales, production requirements, whether we would win the world cup, whether the neighbour's daughter would run away with some loafer, whether we would be the super-power, forecasting the TRP's, forecasting final marks, forecasting the job, forecasting our life.... any where and every where we can find people prediciting and commenting on different areas and aspects of life.

In India, the most visble problem is "Political Will" hampering the growth of the country from being a super power.With the national general election round the corner making a way to the hallway "forecasting again shows its prowess".

The TV channels, radios, stage show wallas, security agencies, gundas n mafias, students fraternity, the coporate wealth tanks all are after the speculated polls and the party which would come in power in India.

But as against other places in India, the polls are always faltered by.. may be state or national election. What could be the probable causes of this offset in results..?

Some say its because the media is corrupt, but its there everywhere.May be naarowing down we find its "WE" who are responsible for its failure. We donot will to expose which party we are inclined towards radically as most of us feel that politics is dirty. In certain other countries the politics is people sponsored directly which is not so here. Also there is so much diversity amongst us that a huge sample also cannot predict the population sentiment.

All this finally leads to a cumbersome cost of predictive polls like:

Cost of i Competition
ii Consumer deterioration
iii Canibalization amongst the channels as well as
iv Corrupt Politics !

The curly long hairs were like beautiful nodes emerging on a vine creeper. Her dressing
sense was crisp and reflective of the metro-woman. Her eyes had black border and were
piercing the heart of the viewers as a sharp and smart woman of the new emerging global
India.

She was Shanti and used to be seen daily on DD-1, the government TV channel.The first
daily soap series which was a hit on the TV channel. She was the lead character role.

With this serial she became an instant sizzler on the screen.She later came in different production houses other than UTV also and earned a reputable position. But slowly the characters faded with only their shadows visible on the floor.

Then came up sony television channel which hand-picked Bedi for the World cup commentary
Suddenly the change of the MALE dominion from Maninder Pal to Mandira Bedi took place.

The TRP's of Sony started mounting, not only because of the World cup series but also
owing to Miss. Shanti. She was quite impressive in her dressing and
talks. She became the face of the Emerging women in India.

She's always been a pioneer in some area or the other.
Crick-gal's called shanti. she tried to make and walk over some places where only male were holdint their posts since ages. Kudos... Om shanti OM.

Leak Time usage

Lead time usage is a famous phenomenon in Inventory control & management. The competitive potent advantage made available to the customers if by
reducing the time and providing the product- services to the
customers on-time and speedily.

Time = Money; as many suggest. Speedy delivery and highly productive use of resources to gain the maximum.

I read it somewhere, its a tendency of male to use "Loos" for extraordinary purposes( Please
dont think out-of-the box ). A toiletiere company came up with this startling revelation some time back.

Combining these two sets we can come up with a union : As time is money and as some folks like me spend hefty lot of time in the toilet. It becomes
essential to make use of your time to the fullest.

I saw this many a times in my life with different people from different places.
Normally leak time usage includes to reading newspapers, articles, thinking on different issues, doing homework,deriving relations, etc.

We waste a lot of our time in life.. sleeping, talking, enjoying...
So is there a need for "Leak time usage" ,,!!?

Its nice to see an transition in all the three dimensions of innovation springing out in every
street with happiness fumes of coke and not chimney fumes.

The PINK CHADDI revolution, not only was a product innovation from the conventional use of daggers and trishuls to a milder product(chaddi) conveying an extremely
powerful message :

" Beware; O (so called)mard kee bachcho.."

Process innovation was conveyed via all the modes of communication. SMS's were sent, net used extensively thus penetrating the silver screen and also the MONOTONOUS papers.

Business models were changed, as never ever had been publicity done for such an event on a rampant scale. Advertising back-up was also there from "Taste Of India".

It all depicts our MOVE FROM CRUDE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY( Maar-dhad,
communalism,religionism,regionism) towards SERVICE INDUSTRY (Explaining the concept in a more polished way, simple, suble but conveying).

Still remember those days of chemistry when we used funnels to channelize the liquid flows into the glass flasks for various test reactions and titration.Then those days of technology & innovation classes where we learnt about the funnel approach:
From idea generation-> diffusion-> propagation

But from an organization behaviour let me come up with a totally new concept Which I was thinking yesterday:

OB - Funnel Approach

Let the top edge of the funnel be lower level of management receding towards the end of the funnel which represents the top level of the organization's management.

At the lower level; there is less or almost no fluid/ management layer below it. So their stress
levels are low which in turn induces lower strain levels.

With the levels changing from lower level to the upper level, the fluid pressure raises its bar.
Thus creating high performance and conformance pressures leading to higher stress and ultimately strain in the mental faculties.

Thus there are higher mental usages and problems faced by the top management who are handling tremendous pressures not only as an organization in front of the employees but also press, media meets, investors and all different market interactions.

People are trying towards more and more flat organizations, this would not only lead to higher
collaborative efforts but also lesser strains in the system due to distributed pressures. People in the opposing kiosk would argue that it would lead to emerging CHAOS.

The solution to this could be a hybrid organization taking care of the organization along with its organs(people).

It's a day for the talent long not recognized. He is the heart throb, the creative spark
of the Indian music industry. Many have come and gone. Rahman also called the Mozart of
Madras,has tread a long path. People have speculated the rise and fall of many musicians.
Even when AR Rahman started taking up lesser projects as a music director speculations
started boiling in a frenzy.Though all those non- feasible speculations were easily tarnished by the excellent music provided by the young ,maestro at different times.

His compositions have been liked by one and all. Those still living in the Mukesh-Kishore era to the punk generation, his music has struck the right chord. It was long since his music was not recognized with an international honour.

But the Question arises " was the music of Slum dog better ?" Better than Roja, Bombay,
Dil-Se, Lagaan, Hum se hai muquabla and the in-exhaustible list...? Was " Jai Ho " a
music composition never heard before in Our Bolly industry ?? Or was It too appealing to a new market paradigm brought up by Danny ?

It was not only Rahman/Danny or their genious which has brought this award. The branding, the promotion and the right timing of the movie which has contributed immensely.Branding and promotion,as many papers revealed later was one of the major reasons of the back seat of
Lagaan at the oscars.

The global catastrophe and the eyes turning towards CHINDIA: Only islands left in the
ocean of debt(alive even robbling after Tsunami). All the companies, economies who were
visualizing hilariously at the HINDU rate of growth some decades ago are stumbling at
absorbing the change in the air.All the countries want to know more about INDIA. "Gold
from the so called gutter" was what actually happened and the same was shown in the
movie.

It was so appealing to the foreign masses with the extraordinary performances of the team .The perfect promotion and placing of the movie when the country in an Emerging BRICK(K :think ?) in the Economic wall...that it became an Instant Hit..!

This is called as " catching the pulse of the market."

When a blog has been banned recently by Supreme court of India, while speaking against a political party and its religious and regional policies.

On the other side though a reality; political parties still penetrate the masses by the same old rampant methodology of "Divide and Rule" on the caste, creed, religion and region basis and not on their capacities or potentials for intrinsic growth.

Blog is a medium to convey the public's point of view regarding different subjects.

To ban a blog for this reason, Is it democracy ??
You need to think over and answer for yourself.....

Individualistic togetherness

Organizational Behaviour classes were going on with the general understanding of the individual's behaviour and its impact on the organization and its culture.

Togetherness = 2-gather-ness.
i.e If 2/ more individuals gather for achieving a particular objective.

Individualism= "i"ndivi(sible)-dualism
i.e considering the Vedic thought of Non-duality promoted by Swami Vivekananda in his book Advaita. We can extract the above concept as:

A non-duality of thought propogating in the veins of every living organism when it's ideals are challenged or when its "I" is shaken.

I= ego, simplifying : Whenever a person's ego is hampered. His/her's duality of thought vanishes and the focus is shifted towards the winning of I. This leads to a singular/ indiviualistic behaviour.

A person tries to compromise a bit on "I" suddenly drives in a purpose of group amongst the fellow members; which is very essential for a team to emerge and survive.

In this world of fast changing markets, products and demands it is better not to be Individualistic but promote Individualistic togetherness for overall success .

I met a small girl yesterday, she was carrying a heavy bag. A donkey was passing by, I felt as if the donkey was smiling rhetorically. Such a contradiction is apparent nowadays almost on every nook and corner. I asked her ," You'r in which standard kid; where are you heading towards ?

She politely replied that she was in 1st standard and she was going to her tution. I found this hilarious statement a referral to the plight of our "globalizing" family values and following the herd syndrome.

It is not only about tutions but nurturing the family values together with the kids on pretext of studies and homework. Experiencing the joys and sorrows about his studies and daily life will apply concrete features on the existing bridge of relationships. If you would put in efforts right now to nurture relationship then MAY BE later the child may think about parents.

Sending the child to tution from the early age makes him/her a laggard. A child IN TUTION restricts its thought within the paradigms subscribed by the tution teacher only.

So,Breast feed-> Spoon feed...comes into place.A slightest of thought regarding the INTUTIVE abilities of the child, its ability to think and perceive the system is hanged up on the hook of constraints. This bookish behaviour may lead to a sort of hampered development for the child. In order to be successful you need to know and develop your gut feeling, intutive drives along with calculated decision making skills.

So If you really want your child to be successful:

Let he/she be freed from the SHACKLES of being in tution to helping it foster its INTUTION..

Is it a chain ? I think so with an increasing number of suppliers and complexities in requirements of products and services it is becoming a Supply Chain Web (SCB).

Think about the time line and introspect the differences in the market . Thinking of the people has changed tremendously:

Till 1940's : Local Supply Market
Till 1960's : Local Demand Market
Till late 70's: Global Supply Market
Now : GLobal Demand Market

Though you are integrating and managing your backward SUPPLIERS and so calling it supply chain management; but consumer is the king....:

He thinks (though sometimes) and takes an informal or informed decision as per his wish for purchasing something.SO if He/she is demanding and WE as manufacturers thus suppliers are producing this reverse clubbed chain... It goes on then till it produces as per the customers wants finally.

Thus it is falsely said Supply chain management but actually a Demand Web Management (consisting of both Web of demanders and the Internet Web encompassing the global behavioural pattern) .

To be on your feet and ready to face the challenge.. challenge to survive in the rapidly coming tornedo...

To believe in faith...
To keep faith in God...

Sometimes there are tides and the other times ebbs..But you need to sail through...

Sometimes sea water would come and cleanse your feet.. while returning back it would fill your finger nails with granules of sand...

What should we do...Become crazy and unhappy at the sand..?
Its better to WAIT.. wait till the other tide to clean your feet up.

So is life, inspite of a lot of challenges you get opportunities to thrive against and always one or the other chance...

JUST WAIT FOR THE RIGHT CHANCE... GRAB IT..

GREY relative reality !!

I still remember when i was in Kindergarten My teacher taught me Grey = Black + white. When I grew older, being a Gujju I came to an understanding that Blacks are negros and White are US/Ukians (though it was a kid's judgement). Grey matter was explained to me in the biology classes in my higher secondary education. It was related to CNS (Central Nerous System).

But now grey matter has been put in a different set of dimensions of understanding. It
explains the mediocrity in between black and white matter. Black has always been
considered at one end of the spectrum and white the other. Black has always been a colour
of fear,doubt and unknown,corrupt,evil in contrast white is purity,perfection,beauty,truth and all the thought after goodies...

But is life always in Absolute terms..??
Most of the terms are relative ( the term made famous by Einstein; dats why used a lot by
technical folk). Ideas, view points,thinking,believing, reasoning all are relative.
All change with time and experience.So absoluty is fantasy. People of the other view would say but we can measure exactly the heights of people but even that thing can be countered that the number line is itself an assumed concept.

I was thinking on this concept and I found nearly nothing in nature which is White or
Black (not in colour), but still nature is soo very perfect in itself.Planets so perfectly spherical, shapes of birds and fishes aerodynamic. Each and every individual of its creation is different and unique. To the rescue of my opposition party comes Darwin with his theory of struggle of existence, survival of fitest and adaptability. The underlying differential aspects still carry the perfection in geometry exist. This diachtomy of perfection and all variation can also be called as natural illusion.

This grey matter can be explained probabilistically as the region in between 0 & 1..
i.e. In between black and white. So grey matter leads us to another path called as variation, randomness or chaos.Degree of unabsolute culture of White/black in grey defines the mix of the grey.

Thus randomness in a person describes his range of insanity/sanity. As many psychologist say all men and women are a bit psycho. Only thing matters is whether it is in socially acceptable limits or not. So Grey is the new trend: moderate, moods as per requirement, balanced.

Emerging River

As Forest Gump famuosly said "Life is like a box of choclates". People know that it is a box of choclates but it is not very sure of what's there inside until you open it up. Unless you unleash your potentials, the stallion can never ever think of winning the race.Unless you donot put the stone on the hand-catapult and applying pull-push strategy you can never imagine how far the stone can traverse. Unless you donot raise your limits, goals and pursuade life to agree on your terms it becomes extremely difficult to win, in a place like India where dreams are seen by all. There have been live-wire potentials like Ambani,Narayan Murthy,Saurav Ganguly, etc have made kingdoms from scratch, they are alive examples of people who have thrived against all odds.

Its not that their life was very easy. They also had their own share of problems.When there's heavy rain an alike EMERGING RIVER originates from a mountain out of the force of nature, we also similarly initiate our lives curtailed behind the truth of knowledge. Initial stages of river for the river are fully unknown.. wherever destiny has choosen it moves.. it moves through hurdles, steep paths, deviations and unknown terrains. It moves ahead... and knows where were the concurrent mistakes ad problems occuring by traversing further. It tries to change its path a bit but faces lots of hurdles across the steep mountains... lots of trees, plants, thorns, plastics, human wastes but it forces and urges itself to move forward against all odds.

The river decides to move forward, urges God to provide strength, more water and speed to move faster and reach each and every organism in its way. Its virtue becomes more for-the-people and enlightening.It reaches the plains due to its perseverance...many of the small rivers and streams have already been dried owing due their inconsistency in efforts and perseverance.This river is going forth rolling down the plains and choosing some of its own paths. It knows how to choose right path due to its experiences and understanding of those experiences in the mountains and it gushes itself in the plains where it has to suffer lesser pains due to its sufferings faced initially. It moves forward helping all organisms quench their thirst, get scanitifed and purified thoroughly inflincting all the pain on itself. Increasing its ability to bear pain and work forward. Not being much concerned regarding the problems and more on the aim made for all. Emerging River is nothing but my concise work on life story of many successful people available in the history.

Work truely-fruitfully towards your aim and success is surely awaiting at the golden gates of heaven.

Virtual Integrity

Integrity defines integration of your self with what you actually are and trying to conform to the rules set in by the people. Though both are completing contradicting statements, the issue of integrating this contradictory validation to allign to the rationalism causes integrity.

Its so very easy to dis-integrate this abstractness : integrity ; but would it satisfy you ?
This is a question which i donot want to answer COMPLETELY but it is a puruit which every individual should look forth for.

From organ -> orgainsm -> organization co-ordination is called the virtual integration of the system. The integration within and outside with the existing, non-existential and the expected system as a whole is considered as virtual integration.

The INTEGRITY SUPPLY CHAIN as I call it consists of the following : the basic flow from inside to the outside. Understanding the inner till it reaches the reccepients outside and finally creation of a sub atomic MASS intergation.

This view can be observed in social gatherings, buses, footpaths, institutions, industries, business meetings. Its just like MATRIX. This virtual integration follows you and would add to your personal and public envoirnment. Some people misnomer it as aura, but aura is only a part of this process of virtual integration.

The integrity of the bearers of top management of many financial firms went astray leading to the meltdown, bearers initially gained a lot of monetary advantages but what about the scenario in long run ?
Would they still be happy and enjoying the money left after this shock ? Everyone knows the story of Marilyn Monroe, Divya Bharti, PV Narsihma Rao, Enron, etc.

All who were not able to integrate their innerself, outer-existence and their envoirnment went down. Rigveda also suggests Integrating yourself is very important.

Even companies nowadays have tuned into virtual integration focussing on their core competencies, goals and vision-mission. Technology is helping the firms n even the human envoinment to integrate and connect themselves extra orinarily to the external plaza.

Geographies, nations, diversified people have all come up to a certain level of adjustablity, co-performance and non-performance to build up a virtual integration.

Though there's Black swans like terrorism, communalism, differentiation amongzt one another, dictatorship, food crisis, financial as well as global water and integrity crisis.

If any and all individuals strive towards Virtual Integration by Virtual Integrity building then most of the problem facets of ours would be happily resolved.

Economics Market. redefined

In economics prof was teaching about the markets.
He explained that there are 2 types of markets :

1. Product markets
Consisting of goods and services

2. Financial asset markets
Consisting of bonds and securities, etc

I started thinking about the crisis that we all are facing right now and found that the global recession was owing due to failure in both the markets.

HOW ?

All know about the financial markets crash. Pages and volumes of books have been written regarding it. The sub-prime mortgage crisis and the financial crunch leading to the meltdown of the global financial firms to a 9/11 scenario.

About the other side of the coin, the products market. The FMCG, automobile, manufacturing all the market sectors have been badly driven off the upright platform; to explain product market's downturn. More than that Im concerned about the downtrodden effect and the impact of the food grain crisis, envoirnmental downturn, reduction of biofuels and natural heritage. This product crisis leads us to the ecological back-lash emerging out of our greed-need to assurp.

The point is as many researchers say :

Financial business cycles are sine-cyclical in nature so would jump back on its feet once again.
What about the ecological market.... Would the soo called product market reallign itself without any expectancy of returns like financial markets or is it the end of a yug as written in Hindu dharma or 2012 ??

Still we can work forth towards damage control..!!!

GREEN THOUGHTpile

Green : Yesterday i was thinking regarding green colour and thoughts came ghushing in..
Alan GREENspan, eva GREEN, Vegetarianism, vitality, GREEN revolution, n all such stuff started to prop up in my mind suddenly 4m no where.

Then came another thought linking Green: Pakistan. I'm not a staunch n rebel religious follower or extremist . i like and love all religions. Then why green made me think of Pakistan and not India was my second thought, if the colour was linked to any religion.

Indian fag is tri-colour with a BLUE Ashok chakra in the centre in reality reflecting the ground scenario in India.. Growth, peace and vegetation throughout the nation. Though there are some variations available in point of views or even in our country but overall the picture is vibrant and thrilling.

Blue was more reflective of India growth all around as symbolized by Ashok chakra and also inclucated in our indian cricket team.

When I thought why I thought of green = pakistan 2 basic reasons swept across :
1. pak cricket team
2. Pakistan flag.

The flag basically has 2 different colours: green and white.. White signifies peace tranquility and solitude. All three donot reflect Pakistan of my perception due to terrorism, bundle of problems and issues in all areas : politics, society, economy. Thus GREEN empowers not because White is weak but because GREEN is ALL POWERFUL..!!

Change : The right strategy ?

Is change needed ?

Believeing in change, wanting a change signifies your disbelief in the previous belief or faith.

You may consider this in context of religion, ideology,thinking,politics.

How can you be wary of the fact you have strongly believed in ?

People consider change as an avenue for improvement. But improvement can also be achieved by building the palace on the support structure, You don't need a radical re-design in your initial strategy.

Even if you consider that change on your basic thinking bullets is required; it means that either circumstances are too very powerful or your line of thought is impractical or wavering.

There are three major reactions by the people to any change:
Firstly they easily accept it.
Second are those who adjust to it but still maintaining some of the previous beliefs.
Finally are those people who
cannot accept any changed norm or rule.

The first and the third are idealistic and negliglible in their population. The middle crowd comprises of the major chunk.
These are the particular reactions of the three broad category of people in the population towards organizational circumstances.

The perception of the crowd for change is many a times different than what they feel it for themselves.

Some folks are among the lot who donot wish to change at all. Some beggars comprise of these crowd, not only the street beggars; intellectual beggars,physical-intellectually handicaps also form a major chunk of the crowd of this category.

Some are of those who read paper regularly, wish to change the world but not themselves. They criticize decisions taken by the government but think about little of changing the existing scenario.....Finally are the radicles...!!

Whenever I think of change I feel.. Its not soo very easy 2 understand change..
but i fully agree 1 thing when there is a general consensus among the population about the varying present state of affairs... Change is the right strategy to think about ... to win forth..!!

That's obamaism.. capturing the right nerve by right e and mass campaign.. throughout...!!

I was just passing thorough timesofindia.com.. MY VOICE,

" The question put forth was what do you think should change in this world..?? "

People had given their views on changes like.. corruption, equality, religion,etc ...

The main thing i would like 2 to change would be people's "THINKING".... to THINK that world is a more optimistic place to live in , to know that amongst all the odds goodness is still alive...

complaining is not the solution.. writing in MY VOICE is not a solution..

It is soo damn easy to write or complain.. Though I'm also doing the same thing.. :)

On a serious note , if u think there is a problem.. try 2 address it at your level. To this view there would be a counter argument.. we cannot solve the more complex issues..
