Is change needed ?
Believeing in change, wanting a change signifies your disbelief in the previous belief or faith.
You may consider this in context of religion, ideology,thinking,politics.
How can you be wary of the fact you have strongly believed in ?
People consider change as an avenue for improvement. But improvement can also be achieved by building the palace on the support structure, You don't need a radical re-design in your initial strategy.
Even if you consider that change on your basic thinking bullets is required; it means that either circumstances are too very powerful or your line of thought is impractical or wavering.
There are three major reactions by the people to any change:
Firstly they easily accept it.
Second are those who adjust to it but still maintaining some of the previous beliefs.
Finally are those people who
cannot accept any changed norm or rule.
The first and the third are idealistic and negliglible in their population. The middle crowd comprises of the major chunk.
These are the particular reactions of the three broad category of people in the population towards organizational circumstances.
The perception of the crowd for change is many a times different than what they feel it for themselves.
Some folks are among the lot who donot wish to change at all. Some beggars comprise of these crowd, not only the street beggars; intellectual beggars,physical-intellectually handicaps also form a major chunk of the crowd of this category.
Some are of those who read paper regularly, wish to change the world but not themselves. They criticize decisions taken by the government but think about little of changing the existing scenario.....Finally are the radicles...!!
Whenever I think of change I feel.. Its not soo very easy 2 understand change..
but i fully agree 1 thing when there is a general consensus among the population about the varying present state of affairs... Change is the right strategy to think about ... to win forth..!!
That's obamaism.. capturing the right nerve by right e and mass campaign.. throughout...!!
